Office hours: 9.30am - 3pm weekdays. Pre-meetings and joint/shuttle mediation meetings can be arranged outside of these hours subject to venue and mediator availability

Please note that we do not manage the premises where we are based and therefore do not have control over public access times but we can negoatiate mediation appointments to suit client and mediator availability. Most mediations can be held at our premises in our dedicated, safe meeting room which is usually available Monday - Thursday 9am - 9.45pm, Fridays 9am - 6pm and the first Saturday of each month 10am - 12pm, but if this is not practical we can access other neutral venues. Please note that our premises are on the second floor and there is no lift access in the building but we can book ground floor rooms by appointment if necessary.

We do not provide a drop-in service at the office so please contact us by 'phone, letter or e-mail first.

Mission And Vision Statements

Mission Statement

To provide a fully accessible, independent, impartial, confidential community mediation service, to quality assured standards, to all residents within the London Borough of Ealing (and where negotiated, in other local boroughs). To train local residents to gain the skills required to mediate and empower local people to communicate and resolve their differences in a peaceful manner. To work with partners to raise awareness of mediation and its benefits within the local community and diversify the service into new areas.

Vision Statement

To be the centre of expertise on community-based mediation, alternative approaches to dispute and conflict resolution, and related training within the London Borough of Ealing.


We are currently a Registered Charity (Charity No.1057438) but at our AGM on 9.7.16 our members voted unanimously to apply to the Charity Commission to become a Charitable Incorporated Organsation, a CIO, and we are in the process of carrying out this decision.

We actively network with other London mediation services through London Community Mediation Council (LCMC) - www.lcmc.org.uk - which is made up of the majority of London based not for profit community mediation services.

We support the work of the Safer Ealing Partnership and are actively involved in its anti-social behaviour strategy including being a member of its Community MARAC.
