Victim-Offender Mediation Project

Where we are at

We carried out some work in 2005 with the Probation Service and the Borough Victim Liaison Officer and worked with an offender.

We see this as a potential area for future work and this has been discussed further by mediators and Management Committee with a view to devising a project and networking with stakeholders to take this work forward in the future.

This work has been discussed by Management Committee and Mediator Support Group.
We have decided not to formally pursue setting up a project at this time due to limited resources but are open to enquiries.
