Our Service

Community Mediation

This is our core service. Trained mediators will work with both parties in a dispute that has arisen between people who live in the same community to find a fair resolution to their issue. This service is for local people who have been unable to resolve their differences but want to. 

Talking Change Conversation (TCC)

If your neighbour doesn’t want to be involved in mediation, we can offer you a TCC. This where a mediator will help you consider what you can do next to improve the situation and move forward.

Mediation Awareness

We are happy to run information sessions for local residents, council staff, social housing landlords staff and police officers to help identify opportunities for mediation and to explore the benefits of doing so.
