EMS has a strong record of working with local housing associations. Your local manager will no doubt try to resolve disputes between tenants as and when they arise.
If the issue persists you may well want to bring in an impartial third party to move things towards a solution. EMS offers a not-for-profit package to Registered Social Landlords in Ealing.

What do you get for this?

- Fees do not include any special arrangements that need to be made for the parties such as translators, sign interpreters or taxis. Any such costs would be agreed in advance of billing.
- An administration fee of £100 will be billed when the case is referred. This fee must be paid before any meetings with the parties in the case take place. A second invoice will be raised for the balance of the fee when the case has been assessed as suitable for mediation or Talking Change Conversation and initial meetings have been arranged.
Fees are not normally refundable where the parties cancel at short notice or fail to attend. For mediations where parties decide not to proceed after the initial meeting, we will issue a credit note for 50% of the fee which can be used for a different case.
